Moodmusic
In 2011 the German-based independent record label Moodmusic will turn 15. Started by the label’s main protagonist Klas Lindblad aka Sasse in Turku, Finland, the label has evolved into one of Europe’s premier outlets of electronic house music. Based in Berlin since 2003, Moodmusic has more than 100 EP releases and 15 albums out on vinyl, CD and digital formats.
While the first releases took their lead from the twin poles of Detroit and Chicago, each new record has expanded the horizons of the label with wonderful results. In recent years, the label has gathered a small but dedicated artist pool which it complements with guest appearances from our most talented friends and colleagues from all over the world.
